Prep Cook
Responsible for preparing and cooking ingredients by recipe and specifications from the customer.
Maintaining a positive working relationship with other staff and management to successfully complete shift
Constant presence on the line, cooking in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Ensuring the food comes out in high quality standards and in a timely fashion.
Knowledge of ALL menu items, ingredients and set up of dishes
Continues cleaning and maintaining of the prep area
Follow all sanitation and food health regulations
Keeping up with all health code and safety standards
Preparing all food for service
Answer, report and follow instructions from all supervisor’s, management and chefs
It is your responsibility to be safe staff certified through the state of Florida within 15 days of employment
Staff must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours
