If this is a mission that excites you, please keep reading!Job Summary:The Commercial Sales Manager will lead the business-to-business portion of Art.com, driving growth in the hospitality, healthcare, corporate, and restaurant sectors. This person will scale Art.com’s B2B business into a core growth engine for the company, expanding reach, strengthening relationships, and deepening market penetration. This person will expand the company’s presence as the premier source for wall décor in professional and institutional spaces. The role requires a highly self-sufficient, entrepreneurial operator who can combine strategic vision with tactical execution.Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the commercial sales strategy to exponentially grow B2B revenue, ensuring profitable and scalable growthIdentify new market opportunities and driving expansion through targeted outreach and partnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and design professionals, ensuring Art.com is a preferred partnerCollaborate with internal teams across merchandising, operations, and marketing to align assortments, pricing, and promotional effortsSales Execution & Business DevelopmentProactively source, engage, and close new business accounts through independent outreach, industry networking, and digital lead generationDevelop tailored solutions and proposals that align with customer objectives and design aestheticsLeverage Salesforce and internal reporting tools to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and deliver accurate forecastingNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutual profitability and long-term relationshipsEstablish best practices for converting B2B leads, including pricing strategies, digital outreach, and promotional cadencePartnership & CollaborationPartner with Merchandising and Operations to develop market-relevant product assortments and service offeringsWork closely with Marketing to support awareness campaigns and digital initiatives that promote Art.com’s B2B offeringEnsure seamless coordination with Customer Service to maintain a best-in-class client experience throughout the sales cycleCollaborate across the Art.com team to share insights, optimize processes, and align brand positioning in the commercial spaceEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales or commercial partnershipsProven success driving revenue growth within hospitality, healthcare, or design-related industriesExperience managing full-cycle sales processes, from lead generation to contract execution and post-sale serviceSkills & AttributesEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level clients and cross-functional partnersExceptional follow-through and organizational discipline; able to balance multiple priorities with precisionHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountabilityWillingness to travel frequently and represent the brand at client meetings, industry shows, and key account visitsThe compensation for this role is $90,000.00 annually with a 5% commission on new sales up to a total compensation of $150,000.00.Physical requirements of this role include distinguishing color hues in art, communicating with internal and external partners, and repeated use of computer equipment such as keyboard and mouse.Art.com is an equal opportunity employer.
