You'll also partner closely with senior leadership to influence strategy, support budget development, and deliver high-quality reporting for key business decisions.If you're energized by guiding teams, solving complex safety challenges, and building systems that keep people and the environment safe—this opportunity is for you.What You'll DoLead, coach, and support plant HSE Managers/Coordinators in executing health, safety, and environmental compliance programsOversee incident, medical, and workers' compensation documentation processesMaintain expert knowledge of applicable government, industry, and corporate HSE guidelinesEvaluate workplace hazards and drive improvements in machine safety, ergonomics, and environmental conditionsValidate machinery safety specifications and partner with engineers, vendors, and plants on safe equipment integrationSupport new and revised program launchesManage regulatory reviews for chemical changes and plant impactsConduct and support internal audits, including ISO 14001 Environmental Management System activitiesAnalyze statistical data to identify trends and propose corrective actionsPrepare and deliver reports, action plans, and briefings for managementParticipate in Faurecia's global HSE network and assist in HSE indicator reportingPerform safety evaluations for new or relocated machineryRecommend improvements to ergonomic practices and workstation assessmentsLead routine and special workplace auditsSupport training design, development, and implementationPropose cost-reduction and efficiency improvementsCapture and share best practices and lessons learned across the organizationChampion top-management commitment to NAO environmental policy and ISO 14001 requirementsCarry out other duties as assigned to support the division's HSE and operational goalsWhat You BringStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence, guide, and develop HSE professionalsExpertise in OSHA and environmental regulations; ISO 14001 experience preferredAbility to analyze data, identify risk trends, and drive actionable solutionsExperience with machinery safety, ergonomics, incident management, and regulatory complianceExcellent communication skills and the ability to present to plant and senior leadershipA continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to operational excellenceWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a mission-driven HSE organization that values innovation, collaboration, and safety leadership.
