LOCAL Senior Project Manager (PHILLY)

Senior Project ManagerIn this role, the Senior Project Manager will operate within the business PMO, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product, content, and technology teams to drive the planning and execution of multiple concurrent initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, they will own project plans, timelines, and overall execution, while actively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure successful delivery. The role includes overseeing financial tracking and forecasting, as well as supporting governance processes through Steering Committee (SteerCo) preparation and executive-level reporting. This individual will work closely with workstream leads to ensure progress, risks, and key updates are clearly communicated, while also refining messaging and materials for leadership audiences. Additionally, they will support go-to-market efforts tied to product, content, and platform initiatives, helping coordinate launch readiness across business functions. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively navigate both business and technical environments.
