National Sales Representative – Polymer Profile Extrusion (Remote)We are seeking an experienced and driven National Sales Representative with a strong background in polymer profile extrusion to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote role with nationwide territory responsibility and strategic travel expectations.This position is ideal for a sales professional who understands the technical and commercial aspects of profile extrusion and is ready to drive growth across diverse markets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and expand business opportunities across the United StatesIdentify, target, and secure new customers in industries utilizing profile extrusion productsManage and grow existing accounts while building long-term client relationshipsCollaborate with internal engineering and production teams to align customer needs with capabilitiesProvide market insights, competitive analysis, and sales forecastingTravel as needed to support customer engagement, site visits, and industry eventsQualifications:Proven sales experience specifically in polymer profile extrusion (required) Will NOT consider injection molding, films, packaging, blow molding, etc. Profiles only.Strong understanding of extrusion processes and applications (rigid or flexible profiles)Experience selling custom or engineered plastic profiles is highly preferredEstablished industry contacts and ability to develop new businessSelf-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a remote environmentWillingness to travel nationally as neededTravel Requirements:Nationwide travel to support customer development and account managementAttendance at four (4) company meetings per year (quarterly)What We Offer:Fully remote work environmentCompetitive base salary plus commission structureOpportunity to represent a specialized and growing segment of the plastics industrySupportive team environment with technical and operational backingIf you have a strong foundation in profile extrusion and are looking to take ownership of a national territory, we encourage you to apply.
