Cosmo provides learning plans for teachers. Cosmo's students are based in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and across Asia. This is a flexible, after‑school opportunity with 50‑minute 1 on 1 lessons held at a set time each week. Teachers should be reliable, well‑prepared, on time, and foster a welcoming and kind learning environment. What you'll be doing as a teacher at Cosmo Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting Utilize Cosmo's curriculum, learning plans and materials Submit written class feedback within 24 hours after each lesson Communicate with parents and students in a professional and timely manner Communicate with Cosmo staff Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferably in education 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 and expert knowledge of K-12 ELA and math standards Availability: North America‑based teachers on weekdays 6‑9 AM or 3‑10 PM EST or weekends; APAC‑based teachers on weekdays 5‑9 PM HKT or weekends 1‑7 PM HKT 15 hours of availability on a weekly basis Able to commit to a year of teaching with Cosmo Teach on Windows or Mac PC (minimum CPU of 6000); Chromebook not supported Access to stable internet connection, private and quiet teaching location Expert knowledge of online teaching strategies and tools Passion for helping students learn Teaching license preferred but not required Benefits of teaching at Cosmo Earn from $14 - $23 per class plus incentive Teach anywhere, anytime Create your own schedule and work from the comfort of home Scheduling flexibility with peak class times: 3-10 PM EST for North America; 5-9 PM HKT or weekends 1-7 PM HKT for Asia; new teachers should have at least 20 hours of availability within those time frames Apply and next steps Submit your application below and our team will get back to you within 2 business days about the next steps.
