Branch Manager
The Branch Manager will oversee all daily operations at the branch, as well as manage relationships with both current and prospective customers. Guide and direct the branch staff's efforts, ensuring that all team members are properly trained and adhere to safety protocols. Responsible for overseeing Profit & Loss statements and forecasting for the branch.JOB DUTIES:• Enhance customer relationships with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.• Mentor and train employees to maximize productivity through effective team building and collaboration.• Responsible for generating reports and documentation related to Revenue, Inventory, Freight, Labor, and Controllable Expenses.• Achieve financial outcomes (such as revenue, margin, and return on capital employed, along with P&L accountability).• Formulate and implement strategies to boost market share (including new products and both existing and potential business).• Collaborate closely with other departments or business units and engage directly with customers.• Assist the Sales Team in attracting customers and expanding market share.Inspire the workforce by demonstrating professionalism guided by the highest ethical standards.• Create a work environment for employees that prioritizes their safety and promotes healthy working conditions.• Oversee all cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes.• Assess stock material replenishment and stock-out purchases to predict usage and potential inventory needs.• Examine open purchase orders, unbilled deliveries, expedite material, and audit procurement cards.• Initiate and embrace continuous change while developing solutions for process design and redesign.
