Barista/Cashier

The Boba Plug is currently searching for coffee, tea and boba enthusiasts to join our team at our new location : Hyphen Space. We are looking for quality candidates to join our team. We are a new startup craft specialty beverage shop with unique and interesting flavor combinations. More importantly, we strive to provide our guests with the best experience possible. We currently have both morning and evening shifts available. Cashier/Barista Responsibilities Provide a high standard of excellence in customer service Educate and guide guests with knowledge of tea and boba Operate both front of house duties such as making drinks as well as back of house duties such as cleaning and upkeep of popup. Form and bond positive & genuine relationships with both coworkers and customers Work in a fast-paced environment Able to complete tasks as directed including opening, closing task lists Maintain thorough working knowledge of coffee and tea menus and be able to articulate to guests in an engaged and thoughtful manner Ensure that every Hyphen Space guest feels warm and welcome Ensure that the store is in pristine order at all times Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the Hyphen Space quality standards Qualifications: High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Experience is preferred but not required.
