A company is looking for a Sales Continuing Education Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Design and execute post-onboarding development programs to enhance seller productivity and revenue outcomes Deliver targeted enablement through various formats to address business priorities and performance gaps Track and report the impact of Continuing Education programs while iterating based on feedback and market changes Required Qualifications 1 - 3 years of experience in enablement or relevant technology sales roles in the B2B space Familiarity with Adult Learning techniques is a plus Ability to engage and inspire through content and delivery Highly organized and self-motivated with a passion for training Experience working within a matrixed organization
