Cycle CounterUnder general supervision, perform a variety of complex clerical and expediting duties. Inventory will be audited for accuracy, discrepancies researched, and necessary adjustments will be made. Inventory information will be communicated via e-mail, reports and written communications to appropriate individuals at all levels of staffing. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Develop cycle count plan under direction of Warehouse Supervisor Cycle count lineal material and predetermined areas. Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality at assigned work location Reconcile counts Investigate issues and provide solutions Update computer records Prepares, prints and distributes reports Carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form Must deal with problems efficiently and prioritize work-load to ensure on-time deliveries Communicate with all levels of personnel Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities or limitations related to, affected by, or arising out of pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions to perform the essential functions, unless the accommodation will cause and undue hardship. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Ability to work individually or as part of a team Time Management/Organization Skills Flexible/Multi-task Knowledge of products/components Above average proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Windows, Work, Outlook and ERP system (Net Suite). Able to proficiently navigate the ERP system to troubleshoot, reconcile and document inventory. Ability to effectively communicate and present information and respond to inquiries in verbal and written format Ability to perform basic math functions, including percentages. Ability to count and measure. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to make decisions. Education and/or Experience: Required: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of cycle count/inventory experience OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to speak, read, write and understand the English language. Excel, Microsoft Windows, Work, Outlook and ERP system experience. Preferred: Previous experience in manufacturing/production environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Lifting up to 40lbs unassisted and occasionally lift and/or move heavier items utilizing a team lift. Repetitive use of hands/motion and have manual dexterity, finger dexterity, and multi-limb coordination. Use of appropriate personal protective equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, hearing protection. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to airborne contaminants, moving mechanical parts and vibration. Work environment is not climate-controlled. The noise level may exceed permissible exposure limit and hearing protection may be required. Mechanical equipment and moving objects. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full-Time. Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00AM 3:30PM. May require overtime based on business needs. Travel: No travel is expected for this position. Safety Sensitive Position: This position is a safety-sensitive position as defined in the Pelco Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy and 63 Okla. Stat. 427.8(K)(1).
