Maintenance Supervisor
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of plumbing and electrical, and proficiency in managing complex systems. This role is vital in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of operations through effective management of maintenance teams and processes.
Duties
Supervise and lead maintenance technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment
Manage HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting and repairs
Coordinate projects related to facilities management, equipment upgrades, or installations
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper handling of high voltage and electrical systems
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately
Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.
Qualifications
Proven supervisory experience in maintenance
Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
Extensive mechanical knowledge combined with electrical & plumbing experience
Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, project management, and facilities operations
Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Ability to interpret technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence through expert technical skills and strong leadership capabilities.
Pay: $27.38 - $32.98 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
