Machine Operator

Role Summary Our Carlsbad, CA facility is looking for a talented and committed Machine Operator to become a key member of our production staff. You will be instrumental in keeping our equipment running at peak efficiency, making this an ideal position for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving and takes pride in precise workmanship. Core Duties Manage and oversee equipment operations to guarantee high performance and workplace safety. Conduct regular equipment upkeep and resolve technical hitches as they arise. Analyze technical diagrams and blueprints to guide production tasks. Keep precise logs and documentation of all manufacturing output. Work alongside colleagues to ensure collective production targets and schedules are met. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established protocols. Support the onboarding and skill development of incoming operators. Notify leadership immediately regarding any equipment failures or operational concerns. Required Skills and Experience Completion of high school or a GED; additional technical training is beneficial. Demonstrated background working in machine operation or a comparable industrial position. Solid mechanical understanding and the ability to resolve complex issues. Proficiency in understanding and applying technical documentation. Knowledge of manufacturing safety guidelines and industry best practices. Help ensure high-quality standards by maintaining a sharp focus on every detail. Capacity to function effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative group. Adaptability to accommodate different shift requirements as necessary.
