The role's primary responsibilities include overseeing routine operations programs, updating and maintaining various key company documents, and assisting with new projects/initiatives with a focus on reporting, reviewing, and communicating various retail business metrics.Primary Responsibilities:Daily oversight of field/store related programs such as contract labor, vending, and janitorial.Collaborate with other key departments to ensure project completion.Partner with the field to gain store feedback.Learn systems and processes to gain an operational understanding.Proactively communicate areas of potential inefficiencies.Provide administrative support to the Sr. Manager of Operations.Gather and compile field data to assist in organizational decisions.Maintain and deliver reports to the field and key members of management.Assist in other Operational priorities, as needed.Qualifications:High School diploma required. Associate or bachelor's degree a plus.Retail and/or Operations experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Excellent interpersonal skills.Effective communication skills.Ability to work independently and with a team.Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.Project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, a plus.Strong analytical and analyzing skills.Ability to adapt to frequent or unexpected change.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for an extended period of time at a desk.Ability to work on a computer for extended period of time.Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly.Ability to grip, reach, and pinch with arms and hands frequently.Ability to bend and twist occasionally.Ollie's is an equal opportunity employer.
