What matters most is how we work together to build excellence. Work closely with the Director of Marketing Operations and Content Marketing Manager in developing conceptual, big-picture ideas with tactical execution. Interpret brand voice into clear conceptual ideas and tactical work in a variety of online and offline mediums (i.e. social media, training materials for internal and external distribution, webinars, print ads, digital advertising, collateral marketing materials, email campaigns, website landing pages, webinars, tradeshows, etc.). Develop and execute timely campaigns and individual projects, as they relate to overall marketing objectives. Create final written copy, interview internal and external sources as needed to gain insight and content direction. Produce social content, webinar content, emails, customer presentations, training manuals, website landing pages, video assets, white papers, case studies, etc. Stay abreast of new creative trends in writing and brand storytelling, while acting as a Customer advocate to fully understand TD communications and digital experiences from the Customer perspective. Generate content and text for internal and external communications, including consumer and trade publications, TD’s website, social media sites, corporate news releases, and communications. Draft and copy-edit content for magazines, presentations, advertisements, collateral and all manner of external communications. Liaison and work closely with the entire marketing staff, sales, graphics/creative services, legal and other departments as required by specific projects. Write, proofread and edit projects as assigned — artistic and creative ability a must. Uphold company image of quality to promote customer satisfaction and retention. Perform related duties or special assignments a directed.  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or related field preferredHubSpot certification preferred Portfolio demonstrating fresh conceptual thinking and strong writing skillsMinimum experience preferred of the position 5+ years Marketing experience in agency setting and/or high-growth companyAbility to create within brand guidelines and a defined tone of voiceCreative Suite -InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro/Acrobat DC (does not need to be a senior graphic designer, but must be able to create InDesign files from scratch, change out photos, edit files, etc.)Illustrator basics and ability to create and update graphicsPhotoshop mid-level userCanva/Power Point - excellent knowledgeAdobe Premiere - basics (Ability to look at video footage and edit for production)Copywriting - Journalism, English or other copy-focused degree.
