What sets us apart:A family-founded culture that prioritizes people and relationshipsA workplace grounded in safety, respect, and accountabilityTransparent leadership and clear expectationsInvestment in employee development and trainingA commitment to doing the right thing for our employees, customers and communitiesKey ResponsibilitiesAssist walk-in customers, phone callers, and email inquiries with product information, pricing, availability, and application.Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of product lines, including masonry, stone, stucco, rebar, and other building materials.Maintain showroom displays, samples, and marketing materials in a clean, organized, and up-to-date manner.Build long-term customer relationships through reliable communication and exceptional follow-through.All other duties assigned.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.Strong knowledge of masonry, stone, stucco, rebar, and other building materials is highly preferred.Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with computers and basic sales software; experience with ERP systems a plus.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong team orientation.Physical & Environmental RequirementsWork EnvironmentConstant work performed in a climate-controlled environmentPhysical DemandsAbility to occasionally lift and move product samples weighing up to 40 pounds.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods when assisting customers in the showroom or yard environment.Visual acuity to review samples, displays, and perform related tasks.Rio Grande Co.
