Locum Radiologist Body Imaging Loyola Medicine (Chicago, IL Area)Loyola University Medical Center, along with Gottlieb Memorial Hospital and MacNeal Hospital, is seeking a Locum Radiologist with Body Imaging training or strong experience to support its hospital-based practice. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed while recruitment is underway for a permanent position.Highlights:Location: Based at Loyola University Medical Center (Maywood, IL); reads for LUMC, GMH, and MNHRemote Option: Open to remote readers with appropriate experiencePractice Setting: Hospital-based; mix of academic and community hospitalsTrauma Levels: LUMC (Level I), GMH & MNH (Level II)Case Mix: CTs, 100 X-rays, or 60 ultrasounds per day (rotation dependent)Call: NegotiableProcedures: CT, Ultrasound, Body MRISystems Used: Epic, PowerScribe, Intelerad PACS, Softek IlluminateRadiologist Team: 40 FTEs (9 reading CT, 4 reading body MR)Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 3 monthsRequirements:Board Certification (ABR or AOBR)Active Illinois Medical LicenseBLS CertificationFellowship in Body Imaging PreferredCompensation & Travel:Travel (flight, hotel, rental car, mileage) covered for onsite locumsLocal providers are reimbursed for parking onlyAbout Loyola Medicine:Loyola Medicine is a nationally ranked academic health system and a proud member of Trinity Health, one of the nation s largest Catholic health systems.
