Job Title:Data Solution ArchitectLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect / Enterprise Data Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture of an enterprise Healthcare/PBM Data Platform. The architect will own solution design across data ingestion, transformation, governance, integration, and analytics.The ideal candidate must have strong Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience along with expertise in Azure Data Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Medallion Architecture, and enterprise integration.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end architecture for the enterprise data platform.Design Bronze → Silver → Gold Medallion Architecture using Azure Synapse and Microsoft Fabric.Architect scalable and secure cloud data solutions.Lead Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and technical design reviews.Define enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and data flows.Drive data governance, quality, security, metadata, and compliance.Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and enterprise architecture teams.Resolve technical dependencies across multiple data workstreams.Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.Required Skills15+ years of IT experience; 20+ years preferredMandatory: Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)Healthcare / Pharmaceutical domain experienceSolution Architecture / Enterprise Data ArchitectureAzure Synapse AnalyticsMicrosoft FabricOneLake & Delta LakeMedallion ArchitectureEnterprise Data Platforms & Data WarehousingSQL, ETL/ELT & AnalyticsAPI / Enterprise Integration PatternsData Governance, Security & MDMArchitecture Governance / ARBStrong stakeholder management and leadership
