With a strong emphasis on accuracy, collaboration, and vendor partnerships, their team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Position OverviewOur client is looking for a Marketing Manager who can plan and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen the company's brand, support the sales team, and contribute to measurable business growth.Location: Irvington, NJEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $95,000 – $135,000 USD/AnnuallyKey ResponsibilitiesAccountable for the development of all sales collateral, including flyers, catalogs, presentations, FAQs, and promotional materialsDevelop a full understanding of the clients product line to lead marketing with insight into how each product is used and valued by customersLead the creation of product training tools and reference materials for Sales, Customer Service, and product development teamsPartner with internal teams to ensure company websites are accurate, updated, and aligned with brand standardsPlan and support trade shows, ensuring a professional and consistent brand presenceDevelop customer presentations, product mockups, and uniform samples, with understanding of embroidery, screen printing, and customization needsAssist in meeting customer needs by sourcing products, preparing and responding to bids, and managing special uniform and equipment requirementsBuild a positive team culture that values accountability, creativity, and collaboration within the sales and marketing departmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field preferred10+ years of progressive marketing experienceExperience in general work uniforms, police/tactical gear, manufacturing, or apparel preferredStrong digital marketing skills, including social media and video creation, are a plusExcellent verbal, written, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe SuiteStrong presentation skills and ability to collaborate across teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel as neededAdaptable, dependable, and hands-onCompensationThe published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today's market.
