Overview In this role you design, build, and optimize scalable monday.com solutions that boost operational efficiency and visibility. You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate needs into effective workflows, architectures, and governance. You drive adoption, document solutions, and support delivery from requirements to deployment, shaping transformation across the portfolio. ResponsibilitiesDesign and support scalable monday.com solutions across intake, execution, reporting, and portfolio managementCollaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into workflowsEnhance platform capabilities, governance, and automation; evaluate new features and integrationsDeliver solutions from requirements through deployment with user acceptance testing supportCreate documentation and training to drive user adoption and sustainmentProvide ongoing platform support and continuously improve existing solutionsEnable operational excellence by increasing visibility into work and supporting business transformation initiatives Key requirements1-3 years hands-on experience administering and developing on the monday.com Work Management platformExperience designing scalable workflows and business processes on monday.comStrong understanding of monday.com architecture (workspaces, boards, dashboards, permissions, governance)Experience configuring automations, integrations, connected boards, and advanced reportingAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions; align with organizational objectivesExperience gathering requirements, documenting solutions, and supporting UATStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; continuous improvement mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication; able to engage stakeholders at all levelsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies; experience with APIs and data integrations preferredBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferredstrong communicationcollaborationanalytical thinkingmonday.com architecture (workspaces, boards, dashboards, permissions)automation and integration configurationconnected boards and advanced reporting
