PROCESSING INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR

The Inventory Control Coordinator in our Rentals, Linens and Furnishings Division requires a blend of skills and experience that are specifically focused on inventory management. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory using several different processes. Some of these processes include cycle counting, report running, and maintaining a high level of communication among various departments. Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory is a vital component to ensure continued operations and avoids product or inventory shortages.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Following the best practices for safety
Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
Report to management on inventory discrepancies in the warehouse management system
Conduct Cycle Counting procedures, and will work directly with warehouse personnel to uncover variances in actual inventory on hand versus what is being reported
Communicate with purchasing teams and other departments as needed
Detail oriented and dependable
Documenting and controlling aged & damaged product.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
Other duties as assigned

Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
Must be able to lift up to 50 lb
Must be at least 18 years of age
Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bilingual a plus
Knowledge of Point of Rental Software a plus
