ProKatchers is seeking a travel nurse RN OR Scrub RN for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR Scrub RN Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/13/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Cardiac OR – Operating Room - Registered Nurse Schedule: 12 hours shift - 7a to 7p Cardiac OR – Operating Room The Adult Cardiac OR cares for a wide variety of patients. CABGs, TAVIs, and Heart Failure (VAD’s, ECMO, Artificial Heart and Heart Transplants) to name a few. Using a multidisciplinary approach, the OR staff cares for patients of all ages. Ability to independently scrub and circulate complex adult cardiac cases which may include CABGs, structural heart cases (Bentall), minimally invasive procedures (Mini Aortic Valve Replacement), and heart failure cases (Impella). Transplant, TAVI/ TAVR experienced preferred but not required.
