Manager, FP&A — $10Bn Private Equity FundA growing private equity firm is seeking a Manager, FP&A to join its team. The firm manages $10Bn AUM across multiple funds and continuation vehicles, backed by leading endowments, foundations, and pensions. Headquartered in NYC with additional domestic and international offices, the firm has a collaborative team of 70 investors and operators with deep sector expertise.This is a newly created role reporting directly to the CFO — a build-from-the-ground-up opportunity for someone who wants real ownership across firm-wide finance, valuation, and investor reporting.Responsibilities:FP&ALead corporate budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planningBuild firmwide reporting including KPIs, consolidated P&Ls, department reporting, and headcount planningCreate scalable FP&A infrastructure — models, dashboards, and reporting packagesPartner with department heads across Accounting, HR, Technology, IR, Operations, and LegalPrepare materials for senior leadership, the CFO, and Managing PartnersValuationRun the quarterly valuation process across all investmentsBuild and maintain DCF, market multiple, and stabilized value models in line with ASC 820Present fair value conclusions to the Valuation CommitteeManage the third-party valuation specialist relationshipLead year-end audit valuation testingPortfolio & Investor ReportingDeliver institutional-quality quarterly reporting to LPsMaintain fund models and cash flow forecastsWork cross-functionally with investment teams, IR, and legal on investor communications, meetings, and DDQsRequirements:5–10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance; asset management or financial services background preferredStrong valuation fundamentals and the ability to apply them across diverse investment typesAdvanced Excel and financial modeling — comfortable building from a blank pageTrack record of building or improving FP&A processesSharp analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication, and sound judgment managing competing prioritiesCFA, CPA, or MBA preferred
