Community Mental Health Program ManagerThe WellSpring Community Outreach Mental Health Director will be responsible for launching and leading a community-based team that provides high-quality, spiritually integrated behavioral health services. This role combines leadership, compliance oversight, staff supervision, and community engagement all within the context of a faith-driven mission.You will work closely with clinical and administrative leadership to establish sustainable systems, uphold accreditation standards, and build meaningful partnerships in Central Ohio.
