Junior Project Manager
Role OverviewAt WHITE64, the Client Success department is focused on delivering results, not just managing relationships. The team is composed of two complementary functions: Account Management and Project Management. While Account Management focuses on client relationships and business outcomes, Project Management ensures the successful execution and delivery of work.Within this structure, the Junior Project Manager plays a critical supporting role within the Project Management function. This role is designed as a foundational learning position, focused on building strong project management discipline while gaining exposure to client and account dynamics.Junior Project Managers support the operational execution of projects, helping to maintain organization, momentum, and clarity across teams. They partner closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure work progresses smoothly, while developing the skills needed to take on greater ownership over time.Key Responsibilities of Junior Project ManagerThe Junior Project Manager supports the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring tasks are tracked, timelines are maintained, and teams stay aligned. This role contributes to delivery excellence through strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive support, while beginning to build confidence in both operational and client-facing environments.Project & Delivery ManagementSupport the execution of assigned projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and next steps are clearly tracked and maintainedLearn to build and update project plans, timelines, and task assignments using Asana, Box, and other toolsMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation across all stagesCapture detailed notes, action items, and follow-ups from internal and client meetingsLead quality control checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to revieHelp identify potential timeline risks or gaps and flag them to the Project ManagerTeam Coordination & Resource Support Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Media, Digital, Production) to ensure tasks are understood and progressingFollow up with team members to maintain momentum and accountability on assigned workSupport resource tracking by helping align timelines with team availabilityEscalate questions, blockers, or resourcing concerns to the Project Manager in a timely mannerProcess, Tools & Ways of WorkingUtilize agency project management tools to manage tasks, timelines, and documentationFollow established processes and workflows with consistency and attention to detailSupport the upkeep and accuracy of project data for reporting and forecastingIdentify opportunities to improve organization, clarity, or workflow efficiencyBuild proficiency in tools such as Asana and Box to support team needsClient & Internal PartnershipSupport Account Managers and Project Managers in preparing for client meetings, including gathering materials and documenting next stepsParticipate in internal and select client meetings, building confidence in communication and presenceContribute to clear and professional communication across internal teams and, when appropriate, with clientsBegin developing an understanding of client goals, business context, and how agency work supports those outcomesRepresent the agency with professionalism, curiosity, and a willingness to learnExperience & Skills0–2 years of experience in a project management, marketing, or agency environment (internship experience included)Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep information clear, concise, and actionableProactive in asking questions, seeking clarity, and identifying ways to support team needsEager to learn and grow within both project management and client service environmentsPositive, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented settingDemonstrates curiosity about marketing, clients, and how agency work drives business impact
