Whether you're an experienced driver or a recent CDL graduate, we welcome your application.Pay & BenefitsAverage Weekly pay: $1700.00Trainees earn $650/week during training (approximately 4–6 weeks OTR with Mentor)Mileage pay starting at $0.80 per mile (0–1 year experience), increasing up to $0.85 per mile based on experience$15 stop pay$80.00 unload payMonthly Driver Performance BonusFull benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time offPosition DetailsRegional routes All of the Northeast (New England down to Virginia)Full Hand Unload, Load/Unload Assist/TailgateDrivers with less than 6 months of experience will complete 4–6 weeks with a trainerHome time on weekends (Sun-Thur, or Tue-Sat)Favorable Dedicated planner provides maximum production based on ability of the driver. Staying out 1 weekend allows planner to get full production and more milesOrientation held at the nearest hub (location assigned based on residence)Flexible scheduling – must be open to both day and night drivingAverage of 1,700 miles per weekMinimum RequirementsGraduate of an accredited CDL school (minimum 120 hours)Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDLClean driving record with no major accidents, violations, or suspensions in the past 5 yearsNo terminations from previous employmentNo DUIs, the past 5 years, no more than 1 in a lifetimeStable 10-year work history with minimal gaps (exceptions for school or training)Ability to pass both urine and hair test drug screeningMust live within 300 miles of 13212 zip code
