CT Scan Technician

Title: CT Scan Technician Location: Plano TX 75093 Duration: 13 Weeks Contract Shift: 10 HRS: Mon-Thurs 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM; Holiday & Call Requirements Job Summary: As a CT Scan Technician, you will operate CT scanning equipment to produce diagnostic images, ensure patient safety and comfort, and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Operate CT scanner. Prepare and position patients. Maintain safety and image quality. Document patient data Collaborate with the healthcare team. Equipment maintenance Provide patient care and education. Adhere to regulations. Qualifications: Prefer someone with Level II Trauma and comprehensive stroke experience in a fast-paced hospital setting. Experience with Client and Siemens CT preferred; Epic EMR, Client 128 (ED) and 64 slice Siemens 256 slice scanners ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) CT certification State licensure or certification CPR certification Knowledge of CT equipment and imaging techniques Strong communication and organizational skills
