Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
Support business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and markets
Engage in warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments
Contribute to sales strategies through analysis of market trends and customer needs
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively
Participate in negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms
Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and client information using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Support the account management team in executing sales campaigns and technical sales initiatives
Help develop proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams
Business development expertise with a focus on B2B sales and marketing strategies
Experience or familiarity with technology sales, including technical products or services
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for account management and analysis
Ability to conduct analysis of market data to identify opportunities for growth
