This role is heavily focused on operational finance, working capital management, and building scalable financial infrastructure — not just traditional corporate FP&A reporting.You will work directly with executive leadership to improve financial visibility, strengthen reporting accuracy, support operational decision-making, and help scale the finance function across multiple markets and entities.This role is ideal for someone with strong FP&A and operational finance experience who is comfortable building structure inside a lean, fast-moving environment.What You’ll OwnBuild and maintain consolidated and market-level financial reportingOwn rolling forecasts, budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow planningManage 13-week cash flow forecasting and working capital visibilityAnalyze vendor spend trends and support procurement negotiationsTrack market profitability, labor costs, route expenses, COGS, and contribution marginsBuild financial models for new market launches and operational expansionImprove reporting accuracy, financial controls, and finance infrastructureMaintain KPI dashboards and executive reporting packagesPartner directly with operations leaders and the CEO on financial decision-makingSupport lender, investor, and transaction-readiness reportingIdentify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvementsQualifications5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, controllership support, or operational financeStrong experience working within multi-entity, multi-market, or multi-location businessesAdvanced Excel and/or Google Sheets financial modeling skillsStrong understanding of: P&L management, cash flow forecasting, balance sheet analysis, working capital managementExperience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks OnlineExperience analyzing vendor spend, operational costs, or procurement dataStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent English communication skillsAbility to operate independently in lean, evolving environmentsHigh ownership mentality with strong attention to detailNice-to-HavesExperience in logistics, route-based operations, foodservice, retail, or distributionExperience supporting lender, investor, or acquisition reportingBackground in operational business partnering or strategic financeExperience improving finance systems, reporting infrastructure, or workflow automationFamiliarity with AI tools or finance process optimization
