Job Title: Workfront AdminJob Location: New York, NYJob Type: Full-TimeRoles/ResponsibilitiesAs a Workfront Administrator, you will manage and maintain the Workfront platform to ensure that we are maximizing efficiency and leveraging the features and benefits the Workfront platform provides.Configure Workfront objects (custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, scorecards, expense types, risk types, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, etc.)Create reports and dashboards within the Workfront tool that users and managers can utilize to drive effectiveness within their teamsPerform user profile management and optimizationTroubleshoot technical Workfront issues and bugs and coordinate with Workfront technical support when necessaryCommunicate with stakeholders on project development and management activities, create small projects, routinely follow-up on status, and support task assignmentsEvaluate existing project templates in use for process improvement and workflow streamliningRequired QualificationsYou have experience with Workfront administrationYou are flexible and willing to perform all tasks necessary, from configuring Workfront objects to creating reports and dashboardsYou have experience evaluating Workfront project templates in use for process improvements and workflow streamliningYou have experience troubleshooting technical Workfront issues and bugs and coordinating with Workfront technical support when necessaryAbout UsInterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Supplier, was founded in 2007, offers innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
