In this role, you will lead recruiting efforts for our Industrial Sales teams, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across the organization. You’ll join a high-performing recruiting team that plays a visible and strategic role in supporting company growth.This position is primarily onsite and may be based in Warren, MI; Sterling Heights, MI; Houston, TX; or Addison, IL.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyHigh sense of urgency and strong follow-throughProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience utilizing or quickly learning Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologiesSelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong drive for successPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degreePrior experience recruiting industrial sales professionals or supporting similar industries Agency recruiting experienceExperience recruiting within industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environmentsFamiliarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or similar platformsWorking knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance practicesTo Be Successful in This Role, You WillBuild strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship developmentServe as a consultative partner to hiring leaders by providing recruiting strategy, market insight, and creative hiring solutionsMaintain a strong focus on performance metrics and hiring resultsThrive in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple searches simultaneouslyDemonstrate strong organization, responsiveness, and attention to detailTake initiative and maintain a proactive approach to identifying and attracting talentWhy Join UsThis is an opportunity to join a highly visible talent acquisition team that directly impacts company growth.
