We are a strictly club-neutral travel collective, functioning as a development partner for organizations and studios across the country.The RoleWe are looking for a high-energy, soccer-obsessed Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate isn’t just a salesperson; they are a member of the soccer community, someone who understands the value of international play, the bond of a soccer family, and the lifelong memories created on the pitch.Your primary goal will be to identify youth soccer teams, clubs, and families who are ready to take their game to the international stage and recruit them for our upcoming tours to Ireland and Spain.Responsibilities·       Recruitment: Identify and connect with youth soccer club directors, coaches, and team managers to pitch our tours packages.·       Relationship Building: Act as the face of Grizzly Sports Tours within your local soccer community.·       Presentations: Host informational meetings (virtual or in-person) for parents and coaches to explain the itinerary, our philosophy, and the logistics of the trip.·       Lead Generation: Utilize social media, local tournaments, and soccer networks to find teams interested in international competition.·       Conversion: Guide interested families and coaches through the initial inquiry phase to official registration.Qualifications·       Deep Soccer Roots: You are a former player, current coach, or a very active "soccer parent" with an extensive network in the youth soccer world.·       Passion for Travel: You believe in the power of cultural exchange and the educational value of sports travel.·       Communication Skills: You are persuasive, professional, and comfortable speaking to both large groups of parents and high-level club directors.·       Self-Motivated: As a commission-based role, you have the drive to work independently and hit recruitment goals.Compensation·       Earnings: $100 for every individual traveler (player or family member) who registers and completes the trip through your recruitment efforts.·       Example: Recruiting one team of 15 players plus 15 parents results in a $3,000 commission for a single group!·       Perks: Opportunity for discounted or earned travel on tours (based on performance) and the chance to work us!How to ApplyIf you live and breathe soccer and want to help families experience the trip of a lifetime, send your resume and a brief "soccer bio" GrizzlySportsTours@gmail.com.
