This role focuses on system configuration, optimization, testing, training, and end-user support workflows.You will work directly with Cerner end users, project leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality system functionality, improved efficiency, and strong adoption across operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide subject matter expertise by assessing client needs and delivering solutions within the Cerner systemGuide clients on workflows, system design, build, training, testing, and integration pointsConduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrityIdentify system optimization and enhancement opportunities to improve efficiency and user satisfactionProvide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Cerner end usersDevelop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processesCreate user guides, manuals, and training materials to support learning and system adoptionCoordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables during implementation and optimization effortsWork closely with project leadership through documentation, facilitation, and status reportingObserve and monitor pharmacy workflows, providing recommendations and optimization strategiesMaintain strong communication with project managers, leadership, and team members to promote a collaborative working environmentRequirementsSolution-specific expertise in Oracle Health Anatomic Pathology including:Workflow assessmentsSystem Design & configurationTesting and validationMedical terminology, diagnostic codes and terms used in diagnostic imagging (e.g., cytology, histology)Strong understanding of regulatory rquiremens such a CAP (College of American Pathologists), CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments), and FDA guidelinesProficiency in Cerner system configuration and ongoing supportStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work directly with clinical and operational end usersPreferencesUndergraduate degree (BA, BS, or equivalent)Prior experience supporting large-scale Cerner implementations or optimizationsEngagement DetailsDuration: 12 monthsWork Arrangement: Remote with travel as requiredEmployment Type: Contingent / ContractPosition LevelContractorCountryUnited States of America
