Industrial Maintenance Technician | Frederick, MD | $44-$48/hrWe're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer in Frederick, MD seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support active production lines across their facility. This client wants someone who can hit the ground running, deep technical experience required.The RoleHands-on mechanical maintenance across multiple manufacturing lines. You'll handle planned and preventative maintenance, component rebuilds, precision alignments, and emergent troubleshooting and repair. Welding, electrical, and rigging experience are all a plus and open the door to specialty certification within the role.What You BringSolid industrial maintenance background in a manufacturing environmentMechanical systems experience: hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, cylindersWelding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick)Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V a plusCrane/rigging experience a plusForklift certified or able to obtainCMMS/SAP experience preferredLOTO trainedSchedule & CompRotating 12-hour shifts with potential to move to days based on operational need. $44-$48/hr based on qualifications.
