FlexTek LLC is conducting a search for a Strategic Account Manager – Well Service Packing (WSP) on behalf of a global manufacturer of engineered sealing, wear, and reliability solutions serving the energy industry.This is an opportunity to join a highly respected organization that partners with some of the largest pressure pumping operators, well service companies, OEMs, and service providers in North America. What You'll Be DoingAs the Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding relationships across major pressure pumping operators, well service contractors, OEMs, distributors, and aftermarket service providers throughout West Texas and the Permian Basin.Key responsibilities include:Developing and executing strategic account growth plansBuilding relationships with operations, maintenance, procurement, engineering, and executive leadership teamsIdentifying opportunities to improve customer equipment reliability and operational performanceManaging commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term customer agreementsCollaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver customer-focused solutionsSupporting field trials, product evaluations, and qualification programsExpanding market share across hydraulic fracturing, cementing, acidizing, and well stimulation applicationsSuccessful candidates will bring:5+ years of account management, business development, technical sales, or commercial leadership experienceExperience supporting pressure pumping, hydraulic fracturing, well service, completions, oilfield equipment, fluid handling, or related energy marketsStrong customer-facing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from the field level to executive leadershipDemonstrated success growing strategic accounts and developing long-term customer relationshipsUnderstanding of fluid-end maintenance, pump reliability, pressure pumping operations, or related equipment preferredAbility to travel extensively throughout West Texas and the Permian BasinWe are especially interested in professionals currently working in:Pressure Pumping OperationsHydraulic Fracturing ServicesWell Service CompaniesFluid-End EquipmentOilfield Equipment SalesReliability & Maintenance ServicesEnergy ManufacturingTechnical Sales & Business DevelopmentLocation:This position is based in West Texas and requires regular travel throughout the Permian Basin, customer facilities, service centers, and well sites.If you're interested in leveraging your industry expertise, customer relationships, and commercial skills to drive growth in one of the energy sector's most critical markets, we encourage you to apply.
