American Traveler is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Roseburg, Oregon.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Cath Lab TechnologistDiscipline: Allied Health ProfessionalStart Date: ASAPDuration: 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 10 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelAssignment OverviewShift: Days, 4x10hrsHours: 40 hrs/wkStart Date: Mar 30, 2026Length: 13 weeksOpenings: 1DescriptionAmerican Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 2 years of experience, Oregon license, and current BLS and RT certification for a 13-week assignment.DetailsWork in a cardiac catheterization lab with 3 suites in an acute care settingTreats adult patients with PCI, diagnostic cath, device implants, peripheral and IR cases, and IVC filtersAverage caseload is 5-10 cases per dayPrimary responsibilities include scrubbing all cases tableside; may also function as circulator and manage access sitesProcedures involve coronary angiograms/interventions, STEMI, thrombectomies, IR cases, device implants, atherectomy, Impella, and IABPUses MEDITECH EMR and McKesson/GE equipmentDay shifts are 4x10s from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 5x8s from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PMOn-call required every 4th day and every 3rd or 4th weekend; night call 1–2 times per week20-minute call response timeNo floating requiredRequirementsMinimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab Technologist experienceCurrent Oregon license required (license required if applicable)Active BLS (AHA) and RT certification requiredRCIS accepted in lieu of ARRT (CI) or (CV)Experience with all access site management (groin/radial/drains) and operation of atherectomy devicesProficiency with Impella and IABPAbility to set up sterile tables and scrub for a wide range of cath and IR proceduresMust provide two professional references, including one supervisor reference from the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor reference from the last 3 yearsCopy of driver’s license required for considerationAdditional InformationScrubbing all assigned cases tableside with the physician is the primary duty; may circulate as neededIR procedures are performed within the cath labScrubs are supplied by the departmentOrientation is provided by peers and special procedure techsRadiation badge is required but not providedMust cover one major holiday and one holiday weekend per yearPrevious employees of this health system within the last 12 months are not eligibleAmerican Traveler Job ID #P-666004.
