CNC Lathe OperatorPay Rate: Up to $25/hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMAbout the CompanyThis company specializes in manufacturing custom thermoset resin castings using epoxy, urethane, and silicone materials. Their products are designed for high-performance applications across industries such as semiconductor, RF/microwave, and medical devices.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join a precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate CNC lathe machines to transform resin castings into high-quality finished products. This position is ideal for someone with strong machining skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced job shop environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate one or more CNC lathe machines to produce parts to specificationLoad materials, set up tools, and start/stop machines as neededRead and interpret job travelers, blueprints, and manufacturing drawingsInspect parts using measuring tools such as micrometers, comparators, and gaugesEnsure parts meet quality standards and specificationsPerform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, minor adjustments)Remove and manage scrap materials and maintain proper identification of partsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceFollow all Quality Management System (QMS) proceduresSupport team needs and perform additional duties as requiredQualificationsMinimum 2 years of CNC lathe experience in a job shop environmentAbility to operate multi-axis CNC machinesStrong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)Experience using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, indicators, verniers, CMM, etc.)Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionEffective communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentPowered by JazzHRlZID7JFiS9
