*About the Role*
As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler 3, you'll build electro-mechanical and pneumatic subassemblies and top-level systems that go directly into our customers' products. * Cross-train across systems and take on increasingly complex assemblies over time
* Contribute to process audits, GEMBA walks, and eventually NPI reviews for new assemblies
*What Success Looks Like*
* *First 30 days:* Learn AE's core processes (quality policy, cosmetic acceptance, workmanship standards, 6S, ESD control, clean room procedures) and complete training in soldering, Swagelok fittings, and related skills
* *3 months:* Build basic assemblies independently and communicate issues to engineering effectively
* *6 months:* Cross-trained on multiple systems, handling more complex assemblies, and contributing to internal audits
* *12 months:* Contributing to new product introduction (NPI) reviews
*What You Bring*
*Required:*
* 3+ years of experience in electromechanical assembly, integration, or mechanical assembly
* Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environment

*Preferred:*
* Formal certification or training related to the trade
* A track record of improving processes with intent and thought
