📢 Senior Design Manager | Major Projects | Bristol💼 Salary: Competitive + Package (DOE) 📍 Location: Bristol 🏗️ Sector: Construction | Design Management | Major ProjectsWalker & Sloan are working with an outstanding regional construction contractor to recruit a Senior Design Manager to deliver large, complex construction projects across the South West.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering major schemes up to £100m, where strong design leadership and technical coordination are critical to successful project delivery.🏗️ The RoleAs Senior Design Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and coordinating the design process across major construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.Key responsibilities:• Leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams • Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams • Managing design risk, change control and technical queries • Ensuring designs meet programme, cost and compliance requirements • Supporting pre-construction activities, tender processes and bid submissions✅ About You• Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager or Design Manager • Background working for a main contractor on large projects • Strong understanding of design & build delivery • Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary design teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills💰 What’s on Offer• Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work on major projects up to £100m • Join a highly respected regional contractor • Strong pipeline of large-scale work across the South West📩 Interested?
