Lingo Staffing is now hiring Garden Center Associates to start in the Philadelphia/Montgomery County area ASAP!Garden Center Associate - Responsible for maintaining healthy plants, organizing outdoor retail displays, and supporting customers in a garden center environment. This role involves hands-on plant care, stocking, and ensuring the garden center is clean, safe, and visually appealing.Pay & Schedule:$16.00 HourlyMonday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PMKey Responsibilities & Requirements:Water, prune, and care for flowers, shrubs, and plantsSet up and maintain attractive product displaysKeep garden centers clean, organized, and safeAssist customers with basic product questionsFollow daily directions from field supervisorsAbility to work outdoors in varied weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periodsMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; may be required to support multiple locationsStrong work ethic and ability to work independentlyRetail, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus#LSCTJOBS
