Safety / Risk Coordinator

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily field safety support to operations and craft personnelConduct new hire orientations and site-specific trainingPerform job site audits, inspections, and safety observationsAssist with development and review of:Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) / Task Safety PlansSite-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs), as requiredSupport supervision and project management with incident investigations, including root cause and corrective actionsParticipate in pre-task planning (PTP) and coordination meetingsEnsure compliance with:OSHA regulations (1926 & 1910)Company policies and proceduresClient and site-specific safety requirementsWork with supervision to implement practical hazard controlsTrack and report safety metrics, trends, and observationsSupport exposure awareness related to industry-specific processes (welding, silica, noise, etc.)Reinforce accountability and safety expectations in the fieldWork within and support the established DSI Safety Program, ensuring consistency across all projectsMaintain regular communication with the Senior Safety Manager and Corporate Safety DirectorOperate as part of a team-driven safety organization, not as an independent programPI945a2f7ef13f-38059-40515087
