We move fast, solve deep industry problems, and build technology that puts users back in control of their workflows.If you love client impact, product design, complex problem solving, Avantos is where you will thrive.About the RoleAs the Principal of Client & Product Solutions, you will work directly with the industry's most complex institutions to help them adopt Avantos AI, driving large-scale AI transformation across their organizations. Your role will help to define R&D for our company, providing critical inputs for continued product experimentation and iteration. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with the ability to act operationally.Working hand in hand with engineers, you will translate real client needs into actionable product insights, guide solution design, and help optimize how our technology is deployed in the field. You will also play a central role in shaping the R&D roadmap by driving a tight feedback loop between clients and engineering, ensuring our products continue to evolve in ways that deliver meaningful, long term impact across the institutions we serve.ResponsibilitiesWorking in a pod structure with Engineering and Product counterparts, you will drive Enterprise and C-level client engagement, product success, and overall implementation of Avantos AI. Responsibilities will include:Client engagement - serve as the senior relationship leader for a major Enterprise clientProduct success - partner closely with pod teammates to inform roadmap priorities and lead AI solutioningImplementation: lead the end-to-end delivery of major client implementationsMinimum Qualifications7-12 years' experience in technology consulting or digital transformation at an Enterprise SaaS or Financial Services companyProven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations that involve interaction or collaboration with senior-level stakeholdersDirect experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering leadersFluent in product concepts, technical architectures, data structures, and system integrationsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise solutions for both non-technical and executive audiencesPreferred QualificationsEducational background in engineering, computer science, information systems, or quantitative systems
