Forté Structural Engineering is committed to delivering excellence on every project it undertakes.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Structural Engineer based in Amarillo, TX. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing calculations, conducting structural analyses, and developing efficient, safe engineering designs. The role involves collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver tailored solutions for a variety of projects, including new constructions and renovations. Additional tasks include creating detailed plans, ensuring compliance with building codes, and working with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.QualificationsProficiency in Structural Engineering principlesGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong skills in performing Calculations and Structural AnalysisExperience using Building Information Modeling (BIM) toolsBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringMaster’s degree in Structural Engineering, preferredProfessional Engineering (PE) license or Engineer In Training (EIT) license requiredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse teamsPrior experience with building construction, renovations, or industrial structures is advantageous
