If you have a passion for working with your hands, an eye for detail, and enjoy being part of a team that creates high-quality products, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble pneumatic control valves using a variety of tools, including pneumatic drivers, torque wrenches, and other hand toolsFollow assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure product quality and consistencyConduct functional tests on completed unitsTroubleshoot assembly performance issuesMaintain a clean and organized work areaCrosstrain on different product lines as neededCollaborate effectively with team membersRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or related fieldProficiency with hand tools and pneumatic toolsBasic computer skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructionsExcellent communication skills in EnglishAbility to lift 50 poundsPreferred ExperienceBackground in mechanical assembly, particularly with precision componentsFamiliarity with pneumatic systemsExperience in industries such as manufacturing, energy, or utilitiesKnowledge of quality control processesNote: While our focus is on pneumatic control valve assembly, we recognize that experience from related fields such as automotive technology may be valuable due to similarities in tool usage, mechanical processes, and attention to detail.
