The Chief of Staff exists to make sure the company moves with intention, not just speed. You'll sit directly with the founders, own the operational layer that keeps everything running, and drive the cross-functional work that doesn't fit neatly into any one function.This is a high-trust, high-leverage role. You'll have visibility into everything and ownership of things that matter: strategic planning, investor relations, hiring, internal communications, and the GTM systems that drive revenue.
