Supports the Quality and Manufacturing functions byeducating employees on quality systems, quality metrics, and customerengineering. Follows the quality management system designated workinstruction and procedures to ensure quality product is manufactured.Generates CMM programs utilizing PC-DMIS metrology software.Job Experience Minimum of 2 years of knowledge and experience in a QualityAssurance role with product acceptance authority Minimum of 2 years experience programming utilizing PC-DMIS required Must possess experience using different precision measurementinstruments Must possess experience operating and programming coordinatemeasuring machinesResponsibilities Ensure CMM programs meet DPD/MBD and engineering requirements Corrects and revises CMM Programs as needed to support manufacturingneeds Trains operators on proper CMM usage Responsible for maintaining and sustaining CMM programs Provide training, learning and development where appropriate for allemployees Partner with other departments to ensure the adherence to theQuality Management System And Other Compliance Requirements. Collaborates with operations, leaders, purchasing, customer serviceand others to efficiently meet customer demand. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact anddeal with internal customers Inspects and evaluates products for quality and defects. Provide visibility to supervision of potential quality issues, aswell as input on internal perceptions associated with Quality andDelivery performance. Works with Manufacturing and Quality Assurance personnel to performin process review and assure best practices are followed. Completes AS9102 FAIs as required Ensures products manufactured meet all customer requirements Performs other related duties, as requiredTasks Has the capability to troubleshoot complex and questionableinspections by asking the right questions to get to the root causeof the problem Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple prioritiesand shifting time requirements. Makes decisions based on customer/regulatory requirements Ability to effectively communicate in small and large groupenvironments Confer with organizational team members at all levels to discussissues, coordinate activities or resolve problems. Act as liaison between organization and outside organizations. Work closely with shop floor supervision and employees Perform 1st part, Oversight, and Final Inspections Complete detailed and accurate FAIs Requires being able to pass an eye exam.The Department of Health and Human Services, Transparency in CoverageRule, requires health plans to create a member-facing price comparisontool and post publicly available machine-readable files.
