Senior Electrical Estimator (Leadership Track) | Atlanta, GA | Up to $160K + Bonus + VehicleWe’re working with a highly respected electrical contractor in the Atlanta area that’s been in business for over 50 years and continues to grow.They’re looking to bring on a Senior Electrical Estimator who can take ownership of estimating, help develop the team, and play a key role in building the business moving forward.This is not just an estimating role — this is a leadership position with a clear path to Vice President of Preconstruction.What You’ll Be Doing• Lead electrical estimating efforts across commercial construction projects• Prepare accurate bids, takeoffs, and cost analyses• Build strong relationships with GCs, clients, and partners• Collaborate with leadership on bid strategy and project pursuits• Support business development efforts and help drive new opportunities• Assist in preconstruction planning and project handoffWhat They’re Looking For• 10+ years of electrical estimating experience (commercial projects)• Proven leadership experience or ability to step into a leadership role• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and labor pricing• Ability to build relationships and communicate at a high level• Experience with estimating software and reading plans/specs• Someone motivated to grow into an executive-level roleCompensation & Benefits• Salary up to $160,000 (depending on experience)• Performance-based bonus structure• Company vehicle• Expense card• Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision)• 401K with up to 5% matchIf you’re an experienced estimator who wants more than just a seat — and you’re looking for a real opportunity to step into leadership — this is worth a conversation.
