Regional Vice President / Player-Coach We’re looking for a high-performing Loan Officer who is ready to step into leadership—without giving up production.This is not a traditional management role. You won’t be buried in operations, fixing problems, or managing day-to-day workflows. Outstanding performance is regularly recognized, including significant awards-travel.What we’re looking for in a leader:Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles.
