Job Description Position Summary: The Front Desk Rereceptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role supports patient check‑in, manages multi‑line phone calls, verifies and updates patient and insurance information, schedules appointments, and assists with overall front office operations to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and patient‑centered environment.About the Role:Are you looking to start or grow your career in a fast-paced orthopedic setting? In this full-time position, you will play an essential role, being the first FOA employee patients come into contact with when visiting our clinics. It is important for every patient to feel seen, heard, and cared for.You will responsible for ensuring all aspects of the check-in & check-out process are handled in an organized and efficient manner including collecting co-pays and patient balances, preparing paperwork, while providing excellent customer service and helping ensure smooth clinic flow.
