IT Systems Administrator (Contract) – Device Deployment Project Location: On-site with limited remote flexibility Type: Contract Overview We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to support a large-scale enterprise device rollout project across multiple locations. This role will focus on deploying and configuring network-connected multifunction devices while also assisting with general systems administration and endpoint support. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Windows infrastructure experience, printer/endpoint deployment skills, and hands-on troubleshooting abilities in enterprise environments. Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure, and troubleshoot networked multifunction devices across multiple locationsSupport device drivers, print queues, scanning functionality, and user accessCoordinate rollout activities with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholdersTrack deployment progress and help resolve technical issues during rolloutDocument procedures, troubleshooting steps, and support processesProvide secondary support for endpoint management, device provisioning, and system configurationAssist with enterprise device management tools and lifecycle supportRequired QualificationsExperience in Systems Administration, Desktop Engineering, or Enterprise IT SupportHands-on experience supporting network printers or enterprise device deploymentsStrong knowledge of Windows environments and Active DirectoryExperience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-connected devicesStrong documentation, communication, and organizational skillsPreferredExperience supporting large device rollout or migration projectsFamiliarity with enterprise multifunction devices or print management toolsExperience with endpoint management platforms or automated device provisioningBackground working in large enterprise or public sector environments#TECHIND
