Systems Engineer StaffThe Systems Engineering Enterprise Transformation team works closely with Aero Programs, and with LM Business Area (BA) in support of digital transformation and 1LMX initiatives to drive standardization, efficiencies and digital solutions. Through systems engineering principles and a model-based approach, we are shaping the future of system engineering through reusability and interoperability in the digital landscape. We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer Staff to join our team primarily as a Systems Modeler. You will be in internal customer focused engagements, shaping, developing and maintaining complex system models using various modeling tools, languages and frameworks like SysML and UAF; and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate system models with other engineering disciplines.Specific responsibilities of this role include:MBSE modeling to ensure accurate system representations and behavior.MBSE tools/processes including improvements and production supportDevelop system model management approaches and concepts as well as implementing model analysis and executionCreating and maintaining templates and guidance materials for Systems Engineering processes.Develop systems flows and architectures to execute validations and or utilizing systems models or simulations to perform analysis functions, such as System trade studies, Requirements decomposition and allocation, System design and Performance predictionsDevelop guides and training material for incoming programs and modelers.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in an Engineering disciplineStrong systems engineering principlesExperience with MBSE tools and processes.Proficiency with Cameo Systems Modeler / Cameo Enterprise ArchitectFamiliarity with SysML and UAF modeling languagesSelf-driven, curious, and committed to outperformAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teamsDesired Skills:Proficiency in SysML, Cameo and other MBSE related tools and skillsDigital Transformation ExperienceExperience being a product owner and leading capability teamsExperience mapping and defining Objects traceability between Cameo, DOORS, and PLMsExperience and success with MBSE training and solution implementationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work with complex systems and data; and comfortable engaging other teams and SMEs.Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
